Flickr fumble? 4,000 pictures deleted, possibly never to return, user says [Updated]

What if you woke up one morning and all your pictures were deleted? Well... if you have 4,000 pictures and you're an architect/photographer you shouldn't be just relying on Flickr! You should have it all backed up! Sad, but stupid.
