LA Market Restaurant

LA Market Restaurant was the restaurant the 2010 Hells Kitchen winner was going to be a head chef at! Nona won last season and we saw her visiting a couple tables from us. Here is the food from dineLA menu!

Hamachi, celery root, pineapple, capers, applewood smoked bacon

Winter Squash Soup, amaretto cookies and cream

Grilled Scottish Salmon Filet, green lentils salad, smoked bacon, roasted fuji apple, herb vinaigrette

Braised Short Rib, soft polenta, tempura shishito pepper. cipollini onions, natural jus

Bake Apple Tart, vanilla cream

Pumpkin Cheesecake, eggnog crème

The Great Hot Sauce Book

I am in Glendale waiting to have dinner and I go to this bookstore and I find this! Haha its crazy how many kinds of hot sauces there are! I actually just became a fan of sriracha! Its so good! I was debating whether I had a friend who would enjoy this book enough for me to buy for them...but I guess it would be more of a coffee table book.

My new lense!!!

NEW LENSE! its small but does wonders! I got it as a birthday present from my special person and I love it! I went to LA Market Restaurant at JW Marriot in Downtown LA near LA Live! I have pictures coming soon! I am loving this blog and my new lense! yayyyyyy :) goodnight world! 

LA Art Show Pictures...

I had so much fun @ the LA Art Show! So many cool paintings, photos, artist... there were pictures I took that I forgot the artists.. and there were some information I got on paintings which I didnt take pictures of. There was an artist named Adam Normandin  http://www.adamnormandin.com/ he painted acrylic on panel. Eduardo Cetner  http://eduardocetner.com/serieHielo-i.html painted oil on canvas. Eduardos work I like cause its simple but its unique... This one is my favorite...
